These terms apply to purchases of services and digital products from Dufvebol Consulting AB, operating under the name Malinée Ponselius, by individuals and businesses, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence, subject to applicable law.
Services and purchases
We offer individual guidance, mentoring, personal and professional development, workshops, digital products and HR consulting services.
Each offer describes what is included, the total price including applicable taxes, payment arrangements, and how the service or product will be delivered or accessed.
Payment is made at checkout or as otherwise agreed.
Bookings and cancellations
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Any additional booking or cancellation conditions will be communicated before purchase.
Consumer right of withdrawal
If you purchase online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If you expressly request that a service begins during the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraw, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where permitted by law.
The right of withdrawal may end once a service has been fully performed, provided all applicable legal requirements have been met.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost when delivery begins, provided you have given the required express consent, acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right, and the other legal requirements have been fulfilled.

Refunds and payments
We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee unless expressly stated in the relevant offer.
Where payment plans are offered, instalments are payable according to the agreed terms, subject to applicable legal rights.
Businesses purchasing in a professional capacity do not have the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to services or digital products that do not meet applicable legal requirements.
Responsibility and materials
Our services and materials are intended to support reflection, learning and personal or professional development. You remain responsible for your decisions, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Materials are provided for your own use or agreed business use. They may not be reproduced, distributed or resold without permission from the relevant rights holder.
