About Malinée Ponselius

I work where clarity, decision-making and human behaviour meet.

For more than twenty years, I have worked in HR across the full breadth of the function: processes, people, systems and the business context that shapes all of it. Over the last decade, my work has centred on people projects and system implementations, where work involves both the people and the detail, not from a distance.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in behavioural science. Earlier in my career, I also worked as a dog behaviour consultant, and that work sharpened something I still use every day: the ability to observe patterns in behaviour and interaction before driving conclusions.

My development has been shaped through long-term mentorship, first with Palwasha Feizi, then with Kim Calvert, and I am currently in the mentorship of Julie Ciardi, focusing on how individuals process information and make decisions.

Alongside this, I have worked with my own coach for many years, because I believe you can only take others as far as you've been willing to go yourself.

What I bring that isn't in a CV

I have navigated complexity, professionally and personally. Situations where the path wasn't clear, where responsibility was high and support was limited, and where the only way forward was to find clarity from the inside out.

I work directly with what is in front of you, not through a fixed method, but through the reality you are navigating. The work is shaped by your situation, your context, and what is actually needed.

I work one-to-one, and where relevant also with groups and teams, always grounded in the same principle: to see clearly and move forward in a way that holds in practice.

That's not a method I learned. It's something I lived, and it's what makes me useful when things are genuinely difficult, not just technically complex.
