About Malinée

Malinée Ponselius works where clarity, decision-making and human behaviour meet. She is the founder of Project In Motion, an initiative within Dufvebol Consulting AB where she develops work beyond traditional HR and advisory.

For more than twenty years, she has worked close to leadership and decision-making in environments where responsibility accumulates and change is constant.

This is where her work is grounded.

Background

Malinée holds a Bachelor’s degree in behavioural science and has over two decades of experience within HR and organizational contexts where expectations, pressure and competing priorities meet.

Earlier in her career, she also worked as a dog behaviour consultant and instructor.

This sharpened her ability to observe patterns in behaviour and interaction — a way of seeing that continues to inform her work.

Continued Study

Her work is continuously informed by ongoing study, mentorship and her own commitment to seeing clearly.

She has been trained and mentored by Kim Calvert, Bob Proctor’s leading consultant.

She is also studying with Julie Ciardi, focusing on how individuals process information and make decisions.

The Work

Malinée works 1:1, and where relevant also with teams and organizations. She helps people navigate complexity and see what actually matters. The work is shaped by the situation rather than predefined, and may take the form of a single session or unfold over time. The common thread is clarity.
